Sustainability literally means the ability to be maintained at a certain rate or level like economic growth. Environmental sustainability means the avoidance of the depletion of natural resources in order to maintain an ecological balance. (Google/Oxford). At the end of 2024 I took an online course about Business and Sustainability through Oxford University. It is where my passion took life and Office Hours was born. I have shared some of my best resources on these website pages. I am plan on continuing to add lessons in accounting, finance, business and sustainability in all I provide. Food Waste & Food Insecurtiy in Canada
A three part video series on Food Waste and Food Insecurity in Canada to bring awareness, education, and ideas on solutions to decrease waste and increase Food Available to be redirected from the Waste that is already accumulating in the Food Produced in the Food Supply Chain in Canada. As of 2026, there are approximately 2.5 million people living in food insecurity and missing meals from a population estimated at 41.5 million people.
Office Hours Flyer
Office Hours community project fits under the UN-FAO 17SDGs in point 4. Quality Education and point 8. Decent Work & Economic Growth. Office Hours gives the opportunity for people of varying ages a way to access professional advice and help in accounting, finance, business, farming, sustainability, and autism subjects regarding teaching people with autism. As an SBM (Sustainability Business Mentor), the project includes teaching and mentoring people in various subjects through this project and on Social Media. 2025 is Office Hours first year and the project runs for 6 months of the year. for Clients for FREE and continues in the last 6 months for Client Partners and making resources. Please take a flyer and hang it up to spread the word.
