Sustainability literally means the ability to be maintained at a certain rate or level like economic growth. Environmental sustainability means the avoidance of the depletion of natural resources in order to maintain an ecological balance. (Google/Oxford). At the end of 2024 I took an online course about Business and Sustainability through Oxford University. It is where my passion took life and Office Hours was born. As of 2026, there are approximately 2.5 million people living in food insecurity and missing meals from a population estimated at 41.5 million people.
