This form sets up the cash cycle and how clients can pay while keeping costs down. It adds fraud and collection protection by requiring a DL, driver's license. It introduces "GIFT my SERVICE" as a way for Payees to GIFT the SERVICE to Clients/End User. This form allows for flexibility in quoting and it doubles as a Client Service Agreement. It also collects important details that affect higher quotes like number of bathrooms and square feet. And there is a privacy clause at the bottom of the form to assure Clients their home is kept safe.
