A three part video series on Food Waste and Food Insecurity in Canada to bring awareness, education, and ideas on solutions to decrease waste and increase Food Available to be redirected from the Waste that is already accumulating in the Food Produced in the Food Supply Chain in Canada.  As of 2026, there are approximately 2.5 million people living in food insecurity and missing meals from a population estimated at 41.5 million people.

Food Waste and Food Insecurity fall in the UN-FAO's 17SDGs under the second goal of Zero Hunger.  Global goals are targeted for year 2030 to reach Zero Hunger.
