Working on the base we would work on the first four business functions together; Accounting & Finance; Production & Operations; Sales & Marketing; and Shipping, Receiving & Inventory. Then we would work on Human Resources.
Profitability work includes reduction of costs and expenses and looking at ways to increase revenue and find any missing revenue.
A company pivots when there are internal and/or external needs demanding a change.
We can work on a sustainability business plan. It is a type of pivot incorporating the Earth and its ecosystems into the corporate strategies for operation.
