We can work on your Business Base. I would need most current year end and current month end internal financial reporting and other internal reports like month end AR & AP Listing & Inventory. I would also need the year end adjusting entries list etc. I would suggest starting with Accounting & Finance. I would ask for additional reports when needed.
We could then move or start with Production & Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Shipping, Receiving & Inventory where I would ask for reports that suited your business and industry

. Then we can work on or start with Human Resources. I would ask you for related reports and paperwork to help me with my review.
Each section would take 2 hours of Zoom calls and approximately 2 hours of work on my own depending on your business and industry to provide you with an assessment.
What Other Areas We Can Work ON?
Another area of your business we can work on is pivot plans including design, planning and implementation. I know pivots to be internal and external shifts of the business needed to implement small to big changes. An example of one is adding a Customer Credit Granting Procedure which is essentially forms and process to set Customer credit limits to manage cashflow. Another example is changing Customer and Market base to react to industry changes. These pivots are unique and are not a one size fits all approach. It takes a few hours to more depending on your business, needs and industry and whether you want a Pivot Business Plan written.
We can work on a sustainability business plan. It is a type of pivot incorporating the Earth and its ecosystems into the corporate strategies for operation. The 17 Sustainable Development Goals devised by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization makes a good base to start thinking about this type of planning.
